The coastal version is optimized for saltwater fishing and is an excellent choice for trout anglers who need a very durable line to avoid knots and tangles in strong winds. The innovative construction combines maximum strength with a smooth surface.
This line is made of high-quality Japanese UHMWPE fiber. It has 13 strands (12+1), of which 12 are braided around a central core. The result is a smooth profile and high strength that surpasses similar 8x nylon.
The "W10" surface is smooth thanks to the AUHP (ultra-high-strength polyethylene) structure with 56 fibers per inch. This structure enables long and accurate casts. The surface is coated with Dura Coat gel, which reduces nylon friction, ensures long-term durability and prevents excessive water absorption.
